Five tips for leakage treatment of electric control valve
The first method is to add sealing grease. This method is for the valve body which has not used sealing grease, so it can be considered to add sealing grease to improve the sealing performance of the valve rod. During the routine maintenance of the electric control valve, it is also one of the necessary maintenance procedures to add sealing grease.
Method 2: change the flow direction and place P2 at the valve rod end. When △ P is large and P1 is large, it is obviously more difficult to seal P1 than P2. Therefore, the electric control valve can change the flow direction and change P1 at the valve rod end to P2 at the valve rod end, which is more effective for valves with high pressure and large pressure difference. For example, the bellows valve should generally consider sealing P2.
The third method is to use the lens pad sealing method. For the sealing of the upper and lower covers, the sealing between the valve seat and the upper and lower valve bodies. If it is a plane sealing, under high temperature and high pressure, the sealing performance is poor, resulting in leakage, the lens pad sealing of the electric control valve can be used instead, and the satisfactory effect can be obtained.
Method 4: add packing method; usually double-layer or multi-layer mixed packing is used to simply increase the number of sealing gasket, such as increasing 3 pieces to 5 pieces to improve the sealing performance of valve rod, but the leakage prevention effect of electric control valve is not very obvious.
The fifth method is to replace graphite packing; a large number of four * * packing is used, and its applicable working temperature is in the range of - 20 ~ 200 ℃. When the working temperature changes greatly in the upper and lower limits, the sealing performance of the electric control valve will obviously decline, and the aging is fast, and the service life is short. It is recommended to use flexible graphite packing to overcome the difficulties that four * * packing can not bear, and the service life is long, so as to improve the reliability of the seal. Many factories have already changed the four * * packing into graphite packing. Even the newly purchased regulating valve has changed the four * * packing into graphite packing for use. However, graphite packing also has a disadvantage, that is, the return difference is large, and some of them still creep at the beginning. For this, manufacturers and users should also consider when designing and installing electric control valve equipment.
