1. Delivery commitment
Our delivery will be strictly in accordance with the time stipulated in the contract; if there is any problem with the customer's on-site equipment storage, our company can treat our own product warehouse as the customer's product warehouse. Our company will deliver the required products to the customer within 4-72 hours (depending on the distance from our company). Designated construction site. This not only facilitates the customer's on-site management, but also greatly saves the customer's capital occupation in the storage of goods. While the customer is assured of our products, he feels that it is convenient and satisfactory to use our products.
2. Service commitment
The company provides customers with first-class after-sales service. If the customer needs technical support in the installation process, the company will send after-sales service personnel to provide technical consulting services free of charge; if the customer has problems in the installation or use process, the company will make a technical response within 1 hour after receiving the notice from the customer, formulate a service plan within 4 hours, and send personnel to the site within 4-72 hours.
3. Quality assurance
The company guarantees that the goods provided are brand new and unused, adopt the best materials and first-class technology, and meet the quality, specification and performance requirements specified in the contract in all aspects. Party B shall ensure that the goods are properly installed, properly operated and maintained and operate well within the service life of the goods. Be responsible for any defects or faults caused by defects in design, process or materials within the specified warranty period.
The warranty period of the company's products is 12 months from the final acceptance of the goods. During the warranty period, the company implements three guarantees: repair, replacement and return. For the products provided by the company, the use failure of the valve is caused by quality problems such as material defects, poor manufacturing, unreasonable design, etc., the company promises to replace within one year and implement lifelong service. And regularly send professional and technical personnel to visit users and provide technical support.
4. Technical training
The company can provide customers with first-class after-sales service. Before equipment installation, the company will send engineers to provide technical training for equipment installation, commissioning and users.
The company shall inform relevant personnel in written form to train at the designated place before product shipment, or arrange qualified training engineers to arrive at the designated training place within 48 hours after receiving the training request from customers.
The purpose of technical training provided by the company is to ensure the safe and normal operation of the equipment provided. The company will send qualified technical training engineers.
