Working principle:


Ball valve is an effective and necessary cut-off device in the pipeline of fluid medium transportation. The installation of filter and ball valve in the existing pipeline is often limited by the use conditions due to the large space occupied, and it is difficult to remove and wash the filter.


When the self filtering welding ball valve is open and the fluid medium passes through the through-hole internal organs of the ball, the filter net set by itself can filter the fluid medium. When the ball rotates 90 degrees clockwise, the self filtering welding ball valve is closed, which plays the role of cutting off the fluid medium in the transmission pipeline.


The side wall of the valve body is provided with a connecting middle flange and a blowdown pipe connected with the cleaning water pipe, which can clean the filter screen conveniently and quickly by hitting the middle channel, a flange cover and a blowdown pipe, or an electric valve or a pneumatic valve can be set on the blowdown pipe, so as to realize the automatic flushing of the filter network. If the filter screen is damaged, open the middle flange cover to replace it.
