Principle -

1. When the self filtering welding ball valve is open and the fluid medium passes through the through-hole cavity of the ball, the filter screen set by itself can filter the fluid medium. When the ball rotates 90 ° clockwise, the self filtering welding ball valve is closed and plays the role of cutting off the fluid medium in the transmission pipeline.

2. The side wall of the valve body is provided with a connecting middle flange and a drain pipe connected with the cleaning water pipe to clean the filter screen conveniently and quickly. The electric valve or pneumatic valve can also be set on the drain pipe to realize the automatic flushing of the filter screen. If the filter screen is damaged, open the middle flange cover to replace it.
